Cirque en Forêt Empty Cirque en Forêt

If you go through the woods at night, you'll find many strange things. Dragons and vampires. Knights and ladies. Dreamers and fighters. You might meet Little Red walking through the trees, or catch a glimpse of the Big Bad Wolf.
But if you go deeper, towards the very center of the forest, you might see something else. Perhaps a tattered flyer pinned to an oak; or maybe a flickering string of lights, illuminating a hidden path. There might be a ticket stub, dropped and forgotten, lying amongst the fallen leaves below your feet.
If you see any of that, you know you're on your way to the Cirque en Forêt.
Follow these signs, these glimpses, and you'll soon come across the large, wrought-iron arch that signifies the entrance. At first glance it looks like just a metal arch. A couple fancy loops and scrolls around the top, but nothing else. Just more empty forest through it, the same as behind you.
But if you step through...
You'll find yourself in a wonderland of light and color. Cirque en Forêt: the Circus in the Forest. Tents rise up between trees like striped castles. Clowns and stilt-walkers wander cheerfully, greeting their guests and giving out black or silver balloons. Large, illustrated posters advertise freak shows, acrobats, fire-eaters, fortune tellers... the list goes on. You can smell cotton candy and popcorn on the breeze, alongside the usual forest scents of dirt and pine.
But if you walk through this funfair, you must take caution. For not everything in the mysterious carnival is as it seems, and those poor souls that don't leave before the first light of dawn, are doomed to be trapped forever...

Cirque en Forêt Empty Re: Cirque en Forêt

Constance has worked at the Cirque en Forêt for as long as she can remember. She's still young in appearance, and her short blonde hair hasn't grown an inch--a side effect of being trapped here. As one of the game masters, she runs the prize booths: ring tossing, knocking over bottles, 'horse' racing, etc. Technically, her partner is a man named Valentine, but he rarely actually works. Instead, he and the Fortune Teller spend their days drinking and complaining in the tarot tent.
Just as well, really. He cheats everyone to the moon and back: it's impossible to win when Val is running your game.
"Hello!" Connie breaks out of her thoughts and chirps a greeting to the person approaching. "Three rings for a nickel, care to try and win a prize?" She gestures to a row of sad-looking teddy bears behind her.

Alice Walked towards the noise she heard and found her self surrounded by tents and whimsical music, part of her was creped out, but she was lost and was only looking for a way back home , she called out "hello?" her voice was slightly southern.
